The next draw will be for a jackpot of €7500 and will be held in O'Connor's Bar on Saturday 4th of August. Tickets are available from Kieran's XL, Leahy's Post Office, the local bars and usual sellers.


Fixtures;

Knocknagoshel/Brosna/Duagh are home to Beale on Thursday July 26th in Division 1 of the North Kerry Minor league. The match throws in at 7.30p.m. in Duagh. Knocknagoshel/Brosna/Duagh Under 14's are playing Moyvane in the North Kerry league division one final on this Monday evening at 7.30p.m. in Listowel. Best of luck to all involved. Knocknagoshel B team overcame Duagh to qualify for the final of the county junior league against near neighbours Cordal. Time and venue for the final are to be confirmed.


Cúl Camp;

Best wishes to the children taking part in this week's Cúl Camp at Knocknagoshel GAA grounds. The camp is run by coaches provided by Kerry GAA Coaching and Games and one of the coaches is local Kerry Ladies star Lorraine Scanlon.


Knocknagoshel Clothes Collection:


Knocknagoshel GAA are holding an ongoing clothes collection to help raise funds for the club. Bags can be left into the white lorry container near the log cabin at the Football Field. All types of clothes are accepted as well as shoes,handbags, curtains & towels.



Knocknagoshel Harvest Festival;


The programme of events for this year's Harvest Festival is taking shape with events running on the weekends either side of Pattern Day which is Wednesday August 15th. The ever popular Tiny Tots Races will kick off proceedings on Friday August 10th at 7p.m. in the village. Later that night Knocknagoshel GAA will host a fundraising Donkey Derby night in Walsh's Bar at 9p.m. Other local groups are organising events around this year's festival which include the Pattern Rose competition on Friday 17th and a Vintage Tractor Run on the evening of Saturday 18th.
