Div 3 League Format and Promotion/Relegation

Top two teams on league points will qualify for the Final.  Non fulfilment of fixtures will be taken into account were teams are tied on points.

Promotion/Relegation

The winners of Division 4 will automatically gain promotion to Division 3 League 2022 and play in the Intermediate Championship 2021 and the bottom team on league points in Division 3 will be relegated to Division 4 League for 2022
