Semi Finals: The top four teams on league points will qualify for Semi Finals with 1 v 4 and 2 v 3

Promotion/Relegation

The winners of Division 4 will automatically gain promotion to Division 3.  The bottom team on league points in Division 3 will be relegated to Division 4.
