Lotto

The draw for the GAA Lotto jackpot of €3,000 took place on Monday ^2nd October in The Woodview Bar. Numbers drawn were 8, 10, 21, 24. No jackpot winner. €50 went and promoter’s prize of €35 went to Kate Sheehan & Emma Collins Brosna. Lucky dip winners of €20 each went to Kate & Kerrie McAuliffe Brosna, Mick Ahern Brosna, Brona McNally c/o Kostal and Karen Cahill Kiskeam. The next draw is on Monday 16th November in The Three Counties Bar.

Intermediate Championship

Brosna will be playing in the Intermediate Championship again next year after defeating Keel on Saturday. In a tight and scrappy game the sides couldn’t be split at half time. Half time score Brosna 0-6 Keel 0-6. The 2^nd half was more of the same. Frees from Tom McGoldrick keeping Brosna in the game. Indeed it was a free from McGoldrick in injury time that was the difference between the sides. Full Time Score Brosna 0-9 Keel 0-8

Upcoming Fixtures

Brosna play Skellig Rangers in the County League on November 22nd in Brosna at 2pm. After that they take on Asdee on Sunday 29th November in the North Kerry Championship. Venue and time to be confirmed. 

Monthly Meeting

The monthly GAA meeting takes place on Thursday 12th November at 8.45pm in the clubhouse. Everyone is welcome to attend.
