CLUB LOTTO: Last week’s club lotto took place at The Thatch Bar numbers drawn were 22, 27, 30, 31.

There was no jackpot winner. Winners of the lucky dips were as follows. Joseph Burman, Kiltean. Marion Griffin-Moloney, Moyvane.James Reynolds, Coolard. Jim Mahoney, Coolbeha. Next week’s draw, for a jackpot of €2,700 will take place in Tomaisins @ 10:30 on Friday night.

OPERATION TRANSFORMATION: A great crowd have been turning out in Ballydonoghue Gaa Club for the past number of weeks for Ireland lights up. The flood lights will be on in Coolard this Thursday once again @ 7pm. Registration each night is necessary before the walk begins and a hi-vis vest is advised.

CONGRATULATIONS: County finals of Senior Scór took place Friday 8th February in the Marion Hall Moyvane where Ballydonoghue were represented in the recitation by Mike Gilbert and Léiriu (novelty Act) by Kevin Barry, Mike Gilbert, Anna Maire o Mahony, Martin Mahony, Brenda Mc Namara, Katie Mc Namara Purcell, Milie Costello and Robert Bungan. In what was a most enjoyable nights entertainment it was topped off when Ballydonoghue were announced winners of the Léiriu. They have qualified for the Munster Semi Final in Ovens Co. Cork . This will take place Saturday 23rd February. A bus will travel on the night. Anyone interested in travelling on the bus can contact Brenda (087) 6179350.

NATIONAL GAA DRAW: A big thank you to everyone who supported the national gaa draw. This draw in turn supports all clubs around Ireland and and the money raised will go back into the Ballydonoghue gaa Club, which will be a massive help going forward with the new build.

Membership: A final reminder for anyone who is left to pay membership please contact committee members or Martin Sheehy to pay your membership.

NORTH KERRY LEAGUE: First round of the Division 1B against Listowel Emmets. The match was refereed by Stephen Mulivihill. The final score in the game came to a draw 0-8 to 0-8. Ballydonoghue trailed for some of the game but made a great recovery and turned things around to draw with Emmets.
