Beale GAA host our annual GAA Social in Kilcooly’s Country House, Ballybunion, on Saturday, January 27th. Medals will be presented to the victorious 2017 junior team and minor teams of 2016 and 2017. Music on the night by Flash. Tickets, priced €25, available from The Railway, The Bunker, Maurice King, Bríd Griffin and John Hannan.

We look forward to the start of the football season and players are back in training for upcoming leagues. Our first North Kerry League, Division 1A, game is against Brosna on the first weekend in February. Games are scheduled for every weekend in February. Other teams in the competition are Ballyduff, Tarbert and St Senans.

We kick off Division 4 of the senior County League, on March 11th, when we travel to Ballylongfird for our first round game. We host Firies on March 25th and Skellig Range in April. Other teams in this division are Tarbert, Renard, Cromane, Fossa, Cordal, St Michael’s Foilmore, Firies, Genneeguilla, and Castlegrrgory.Kevin O’Callaghan and Eamon Hennessy take charge of Beale minors for 2018. We contest Division 6 of the County League which kicks off in mid-February.
