Everyone here at the club would like to wish our groundsman Martin Scanlon all the very best as he recovers from a recent illness. Martin is a huge part of our team here at Emmets and we look forward to having him back at the Sportsfield very soon.

Club Draw

We have recently launched our annual Club Draw worth €10,000 and tickets are now on sale from club officers. We will hold the first draw in the clubhouse shortly with €850 worth of prizes up for grabs each month. Proceeds from the draw go towards the running costs and future development of the club so your support is greatly appreciated.

Top Monthly Prize of €300

Additional prizes of 3 X €100 and 5 X €50

Tickets are only €5 per month and are payable by direct debit, annually, quarterly or monthly. No roll overs...just guaranteed winners!

Emmets Golf Society

Following our successful outing to Killorglin our next trip takes place in Newcastle West this coming Saturday October 21st so please contact Captain Seán Carey or any of his committee members if you would like to join the society. It remains open for membership to Emmets Club members and non members, GUI members and non members, men and ladies.

41 Card Drive

Our 41 Card Drive has recommenced and takes place every Wednesday night at 9pm in the Clubhouse. New players are always welcome so please come along and bring a friend.

Dancing

Weekly dancing has recommenced at the clubhouse every Monday evening from 6.30pm. Please contact Monty Boyd if you are interested in taking part.
