The play went up and down the feild with the backs on both sides doing a man marking job. It took until the 16th minute for Tarberts next score which came from mid feilder Michael Normille. Again Tarert ran at Moyvane this time it was the Moyvane backs who gave away a free which was converted by corner forward Gerald O Sullivan in the 18th minute. With Tarbert's corner forward Gerald O Sullivan firing the ball over the bar in the 30th minute. Half time score Tarbert 0.05 - Moyvane 0.04
Second half starts and it's all Tarbert from the first kickout, in the 1st minute full forward Mark Buckely split the posts again in the 3rd minute corner forward David Lanigan pointed. The play went up and down the pitch with both sets of forwards missing chances on the scoreboard. It wasnt until the 13th minute the ever industrious wing forward Ambrosse Lanigan spilt the posts for Tarbert, 40 seconds later Tarbert were on the attack again with corner forward David Lanigan putting his name on the scoreboard. In the 14th minute wing back for Tarbert Garrett O Connell came up the feild to spilt the posts. Again their was a break in play with no score's registered on the board, with two wides and a missed goal Moyvane could do no right, but Tarbert looked like playing a better brand of football with great support coming out of defence with wave after wave of attack. Sub Niall Stack Tarbert broke the deadlock when he pointed in the 22nd minute. Wingback for Moyvane Owen Stack split the posts in the 23rd minute for Moyvanes only score of the half a worrying factor for Moyvane going forward is the fact that no forward scored from play throughout the whole game. Tarbert went on to score two more points from play in the 30th minute from Michael Normille and sub Brendan Garvey in the 31st minute. Full time score Tarbert 0.13 -Moyavne 0.05
