Sneem/Derrynane 1-07 

Renard played Sneem/Derrynane at home on Sunday last in showery damp conditions .This was a close encounter with Renard missing a few scores at the outset.

The opening score was a point by Daragh Fitzgerald following a pass from a free by Mark Sugrue. A crossfield pass from Robert Wharton to Daragh Fitzgerald led to another point. A point each from free and play by Ronan Hussey Sneem put first quarter score 0-02 each. 

Conor O Leary, Mark Sugrue and Robert Wharton got points from play interspersed by a Ronan Hussey point. Ronan Hussey got a point from a free, a subsequent free by Ronan Hussey reached the foot of Michael O Connor and ended in the back of the net just before half time.

A point from free by Mark Sugrue opened second half scoring. Ronan Hussey responded with a point from play. Mark Sugrue got a point from free followed by a point from play by Robert Wharton and a Ronan Hussey point.
