Annascaul 1-11 Finuge 1-11

Annascaul and Finuge finished level in Round 10 of the Credit Union Senior County League, played this afternoon at James O’Sullivan Park, Finuge.  Annascaul opened the scoring, and had most of the possession in the firsthalf, however this was not reflected on the scoreboard due to a number of wides. The half time score was 9 points to 5 in favour of the visitors.

Finuge opened the scoring in the second half, but never gained a lead on Annascaul. This game saw some great passages of play and the majority of scores for both sides coming from play. Both sides put the ball in the back of the net in the second half and the final score line was 1-11 apiece.
