Renard 1-14.  Dr. Crokes (B) 2-15  

Renard played at home against Crokes B on Sunday last in beautiful conditions.  Brian Sugrue opened the scoring with a point from play. Mark Sugrue scored two points, one from a free. Chris Doncel got a point from play. Two points from Paudie Casey.  A point from Conor O Leary and Eoghan McCrohan exchanged with a point from free by Billy Courtney and a point from play David Shaw put the first quarter score:  Renard 0-07,          Dr. Crokes 0-03.  Michael Casey scored two consecutive points for Dr. Crokes and a point from play by PJ Lawlor followed.  Mark Sugrue Renard got a point from free. A point from Chris Doncel followed by a Michael Casey goal pushed Crokes ahead, minutes before half time. Half time score Renard 0-08. Crokes 1-07.

Paul Clarke opened the second half scoring. Three further points by David Shaw ensued. Renard struck for a goal from Brian Sugrue.  Mark Sugrue got a point from a free, Conor O Leary and Eoghan McDaid exchanged points with Michael Casey and Bryan O Shea to put third quarter score:  Renard 1-10, Crokes B 1-13 .  Chris Doncel got a point and a Dan Healy goal followed. Eoghan McDaid got a point from play. Billy Courtney responded accordingly. A Mark Sugrue point from free and Brian Sugrue point from play put the final score:   Renard 1-14, Dr. Crokes 2-15.
