Ballyduff 1-6 Cromane 1-10

Ballyduff came into this game without a number of players due to their Co Championship Hurlers being in action next weekend.   Cromane started brighter and were leading by two points, before a sideline ball from Paud Costello went all the way to the net.  Both sides had
further points and it was all square at halftime: Ballyduff 1-3 Cromane 0-6.

Cromane had wind advantage in the second half and had a goal in the second minute from Paul Patrick O Sullivan to put them into a lead they never relinquished.   Ballyduff tried hard to come back, but they could not get the goal they needed and Cromane ran out winners on the score Ballyduff 1-6, Cromane 1-10.   Cromane’s remaining scorers were: Paul Patrick O Sullivan 0-2, Darren Houlihan, 0-5, Sean O Sullivan, 0-2, Emmett Casey, 0-1.
