Rathmore “B” 4-20 Tuosist 0-7

Rathmore playing at home proved too much to handle for a very much understrength Tuosost side.  However, the Kenmare District side got off to a bright start and, seven minutes into the first half, led 0-4 without reply.  Back came the East Kerry side and by the 15th minute only a point separated the sides and, a minute later, had drawn level at four points.  On resumption, it was more of the same and after nine minutes of this half, they led 3-14 to 0-6.  Another goal with five minutes left on the clock, left Rathmore clear cut winners.  Donal Moynihan, Brian O Leary and Donal Og Kelliher were the goal scorers.
