Sneem-Derrynane 0-14,  Tarbert 0-15

Played in sunshine in Derrynane, where Sneem-Derrynane were first on the scoreboard with a Ronan Hussey free in the 5th minute.  Tarbert equalised a minute later with a free of their own from Cillian Langan.  Ronan Hussey replied for Sneem/Derrynane with points in the eighth and ninth minutes, before Kevin Enright pulled one back for Tarbert to leave it 0-3 to 0-2 after ten minutes.  Another Ronan Hussey free put the home side further ahead, but Tarbert pulled one back in the 13th minute. Ian Galvin with a free in the 18th had the score 0-5 to 0-3.  Cillian Langan kicked Tarbert's final score of the half in the 23rd minute, but three Ronan Hussey points left the half time score:  Sneem-Derrynane 0-8, Tarbert 0-4.

Donal Leahy had a Tarbert point in the first minute of the second half.  Two Ian Galvin points soon followed for the South Kerry side, before Tarbert replied with one of their own to leave it 0-10 to 0-6.  Cillian Langan with another free cut the lead once again, but Hussey cancelled that out with a fine point from play.  The next four points went to the North Kerry side with one each from play from Langan and Holly, before Langan expertly converted two 45s to draw the game.  Tarbert hit the front for the first time in the 14th minute with a point from Kevin Enright and Ronan Hussey put the home team level again in the 17th minute.  Ian Galvin nudged the home team ahead again, but a Langan free tied the scores again.  Langan put the visitors ahead again, but Hussey restored parity.  Finally, a very late free from Langan won the points for Tarbert to shorten their journey home.
